This hammered chain necklace is made of ovals that alternate between 1 3/4" and 3/4" in size, with a 4 1/4" section of smaller ovals that make the necklace adjustable. From end to end it measures 20", and it fastens with a lobster claw that holds it securely around the neck. The clasp is marked as silver plated, and a small tag identifies it as Premier Designs.
The finish is silver plate over copper, and the silver has been refreshed with silver polish.
Condition: good, but plating is thin.
Care: silver polish, ideally with polish that adds a layer of plating.
