These Dorothy Thorpe-Style crystal salad bowls with silver-plated rims are absolutely stunning. These bowls are circa 1960's in a set of 6.
These are similar to the Dorothy Thorpe bowls that gained popularity after being seen on Mad Men. The bowls have a heavy square or diamond-shaped foot at the base of a gently rounded bowl, which creates interesting mid-century modern geometric effects. They have a wide silver plate rim. Each bowl is approximately 2 1/4" tall and 6" across.
Condition: no cracks or chips. Some dark spots on the silver may need more polishing. I recommend hand washing due to the silver plate rims.
